EUCustoms union

Clothing in free circulation in Turkey that travels with an A.TR movement certificate usually enters the EU without customs duty. Import VAT and your broker’s fee still apply.

UKRules of origin

The UK-Turkey trade agreement allows zero tariff where the goods meet its rules of origin, which depends on where the fabric came from. Tell us in the brief if the goods land in the UK.

→Transport

Road freight to much of the EU usually takes days, not weeks. Your forwarder confirms the transport, the timing and the paperwork.

General guidance, not customs advice: confirm the HS code and your duty position with your customs broker or forwarder before the first shipment.

FAQ · Activewear

Activewear questions brands ask first.

Minimums, fabrics, timing and duty for activewear made in Turkey. Anything else, put it in your brief.

Still not sure it fits?

Send the product, the quantity per style and the date. We reply within 24 hours with an honest answer. Send a brief
oneaimapparel@gmail.com

Activewear starts at 200 pieces per style with the factories in our group. We confirm the exact minimum, and whether colours can share it, before you commit to anything.

Budget 2–4 weeks for sampling, then 8–10 weeks of bulk from the approved sample. With a fixed ship date, start at least 14 weeks before it.

Yes. Recycled nylon and polyester stretch fabrics are common. If you want to make the claim, you need the paperwork: some factories in our group hold GRS or bluesign, and we place your brief with one of those if you ask.

Some can. Bonding needs its own equipment, so name it in the brief and we only place it with factories that run it.

Usually not customs duty: clothing in free circulation in Turkey that travels with an A.TR movement certificate usually enters the EU without it. Import VAT and your broker’s fee still apply. For the UK, zero tariff depends on the rules of origin. This is general guidance, not customs advice: check with your broker.

Step 1 of your brief

What are you making, and how many?
